Add New Layer

 - It creates new layer

Delete Layer

 - It deletes the active layer

Duplicate Layer

 - It creates the duplicate layer of active layer

Merge Layer Down

 - It merges the two layers into one

Move Layer Up

 - It moves the selected layer up

Move Layer Down

 - It moves the selected layer down
