Handmade Effect in Border

Steps to give handmade effect in border:

Create a design with border.

Go to Image >> Canvas Size.

Increase the canvas size using By percentage option and set the percentage value at 110.

Now set the Anchor at the middle.

Go to CarpeTools >>  Modify >> Handmade Effect.

Try using different value from Scale and Intensity option.

You can also try the Generate button (It randomly applies different ways of handmade effect in every click).

Once you are done with your modification, click OK.
