- Create a new file with required dimension.
- Select the rectangular tool and create a rectangle horizontally at the top of the canvas matching the required border thickness.
- Now select the magic wand tool
and select the horizontal area at the top of the canvas.
- Select two different color as primary and secondary for assigning the gradient tone.
- Go to CarpeTools >> Create >> Textures >> Gradient and Select the gradient preset as required.
- Tick the option “Draw Shades for graph” if you wish to have a color patch for gradient area. Tick Off the option if you wish to see gradient in Mixply effect.
- Make sure that the rectangle at the top is still selected, then go to Mirror tool >> Border Reflection >> Top Left
- Deselect the selection (Go to Edit >> Deselect) or use shortcut key ‘CTRL + D’
- Now on tool box go to Selection Tool >> Top Left Quarter
- Again go to Mirror tool >> All Direction >> All Immediate.
- Once the border is done you need to map the color as required manually.
