Rotating layer elements

To rotate elements in a layer :

First, select the Move tool from the Tools panel.

Now select the layer you want to rotate. In this tutorial, we're rotating the square.

Holding Right click around the square, move the cursor in a circle to rotate it.

Pressing the Shift key while rotating allows you to rotate in fixed 15 degree intervals.
